Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note that: In order to protect between us and you as a customer, we have included a check box for you to accept during check out.

By checking the "I agree to the terms and refund policy" check box, you are representing that you have read, agree, understood and accept to be bound by these provisions and terms, together with any and all rules, policies and guidelines provided by including our Terms of UsePrivacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. However, in the event you received faulty item please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy below for further information. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. No cash refund except for no-stock item(s) . Refund process will take within 7 days.
2. No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
3. No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange.
4. No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation.
5. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Please keep in mind that sale item may be have a slightly defect less than 5% ( for example: imperfect stitching )
7. Our policy lasts 7 days after product received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.

8. The exchange item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, unscented and unworn.

9.  Due to hygienic reasons, item(s) for example, underwear, invisible bra or stick-on bra is not exchangeable.

10. Size or item(s) to exchange is/are subject to availability.

11. In case of item(s) received are different to the item(s) ordered. We hope this will never occur, however if this happen, we will pay for the returning shipping and handling fee due to our terribly done mistake.

12. Other than the situation (5.) above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

13. The customer will be required to pay the difference/extra, should the amount of the exchange item exceed the price of purchased item.

14. A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange.

15. Exchange can only be made once and that's the final of it.

16. Kindly note only regular priced items could be exchanged. We only replace the sales item(s) if they are defective or damaged.

Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Take a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect.

2. Before sending out the parcel for return / exchange, kindly email us at to request for return / exchange. Kindly note that you have to Include the snapshots photos together with your invoice number or order references for verification purposes. 

3. We will response to you in 24 hours if the item request is returnable / exchangeable.

3. To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a courier service with tracking number. Classé Couture will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly email us the tracking number.

Classé Couture reserves the right to deny the exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy requirements above.
