Return & Exchange Policy

Please take note that we only do EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT REFUND. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy below for further information.

Sales Item(s) - Only regular priced items could be exchanged. We only replace the sales item(s) if they are defective or damaged.

1) Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,     unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.

1.2 The exchange item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.

1.3 Due to hygienic reasons, item(s) such as inner wear, for example, invisible bra is not exchangeable.

1.4 Size or item(s) to exchange is/are subject to availability.

1.5 The item(s) received are different to the item(s) ordered. We hope this will never occur, however if this happen, we will pay for the returning shipping and handling fee due to our terribly done mistake.

1.6 Other than the situation (5) above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

1.7 The customer will be required to pay the difference/extra, should the amount of the exchange item exceed the price of purchased item.

1.8 A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange.

1.9 NOTE that exchanges can only be made ONCE, and all exchanges are final.

2) Return & Exchange Procedure

2.1 Email us at info@classecouture.co before sending out the parcel to return. Please state the invoice number, along with the item received and reason of exchange.

2.2 Once your exchange request is approved, we will email you an Exchange Authorization Reference number and provide you with all the details.

2.3 To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a courier service with tracking. CLASSÉ will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly email us the tracking number.

2.4 All exchange items must be approved by CLASSÉ with an Exchange Authorization Reference number. Any items received without prior approval will not be accepted.

CLASSÉ COTURE reserves the right to deny the exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Exchange Policy requirements above.
